Make sure you’re prepared this festive season and plan ahead by sending in pre-dated orders from now right into January 2021.

This will allow our busy production teams to be as prepared as possible to guarantee delivery for Christmas and the New Year.

Key Christmas planning dates:

• Last order date: Monday 14th December 2020*
• Last dispatch date: Friday 18th December 2020**

*Please note we cannot guarantee delivery if we have not had sufficient time to process on any orders made after Monday 14th December 2020. Do not forget you can place your orders from now right into January 2021.

**First delivery date in the New Year is Tuesday 5th January 2021 for pre-dated orders received by the 14th December 2020. There are no deliveries between Christmas and New Year.

Our holiday customer service hours are:
  • 24th December: 8:30am – 12:00pm
  • 24th December to 3rd January 2021: Closed
  • 4th January: 8:30am – 05:00pm
